Covid 19 Updated 28th December 2021 It is lovely being back at work looking after instruments for clients after what has been a very challenging and uncertain couple of years. Throughout the pandemic, I have been working in the safest way possible to protect clients and myself from Covid-19. I am continuing this practice heading in to 2022, with cases rising rapidly as the Omicron variant spreads. I will continue to wear a mask as standard, and try to keep the 1 meter-plus rule at all times. Where possible, I would like to have the room where I'm working to myself. Also, when I've finished, I will wipe down the keys with an anti-bacterial wipe to avoid transmission from surface contact. Rules around self-isolation for people who are symptomatic or who have tested positive are still the same, and so if that is the case work will be postponed. I am not charging cancellation fees for appointments missed or postponed because of Covid. My risk assessment for visiting people's homes can be found here. |
